Morning Shed Startup

Follow these steps to prepare the shed for milking

Getting Started

Complete each step in order. Steps will be marked as completed as you progress through the startup procedure.

Startup Steps

    Fit Filter Sleeve

    Fit filter sleeve onto filter cage, insert into housing, close housing and bottom tap

  • 2

    Air Purge System

    Turn shed switch to wash, press air purge and wait for red light to turn off

  • 3

    Wall Wash

    Turn on tap for shed skirting/wall wash

  • 4

    Open Vat Tap

    Turn open vat tap/set to allow milk into vat

  • 5

    Start Milking

    Begin milking operations

  • 6

    Turn on Chiller

    After first round of cows, turn chiller on for vat (only if first milking after vat wash)
